Curriculum Vitae: Dr Thorsten Sattler, MD

Dr. Sattler studied Medicine in Freiburg (Germany), Zurich (Switzerland), Dublin (Republic of Ireland) and New York (USA). In 2001, he received his doctorate degree with great honors from the University of Freiburg in Germany. After finishing his basic surgical training, he was a Resident in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Cork University Hospital and at the University of Freiburg. There he passed his German Board Exams in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in 2009.

Also in 2009, he achieved the ”Specialist Registration in Plastic Surgery” in North America, where he worked in 2009/2010 as Staff Plastic Surgeon and Lecturer at the well-known Dalhousie University with a focus on Breast Surgery. In 2011 Dr. Sattler received the ”Full and Specialist Registration in Plastic Surgery“ in Great Britain. There he worked in one of Europe’s most distinguished hospitals for Aesthetic Surgery: “The London Clinic” on Harley Street. Here he specialized in Aesthetic Facial Surgery and Rhinoplasty, as well as Body Contouring Procedures. During the following years, Dr. Sattler obtained additional qualifications in breast medicine (2017) and sexual medicine (2018), as well as additional certifications in nutritional medicine (2015), hand surgery (2013), and maritime medicine (2024). Since 2014, he has been practicing private medicine in Hamburg, specializing in breast surgery, body contouring procedures, genital surgery, weight management (weight-loss injections), and facial surgery, with a focus on rhinoplasty and wrinkle treatment.
